How we support students
A careful path from need
to direct support
Four stages, in order. Nothing is committed until the stage before it is complete.

Identify
Students are considered based on educational need and available funding.
Need and funding capacity are weighed together, never in isolation. - 02
Review
The co-founders review the student's circumstances and relevant educational documentation.
Every case is assessed individually rather than scored against a formula. - 03
Verify
University admission, enrollment and fee documentation are required.
Verification happens before any funds are committed. - 04
Fund
BlinkOASM pays educational fees directly to the relevant institution whenever possible.
Direct payment keeps support tied to education and easy to evidence.
Payment records and receipts are retained for transparency. Final support decisions are made by BlinkOASM's co-founders.
Who we help
Potential should not be limited by circumstance
We currently support female students in Pakistan who need financial assistance to continue their education.
Support may cover multiple semesters or the remaining semesters needed to complete a program. Each case is assessed according to the student's circumstances and available funding.
